肝素与速碧林治疗急性冠脉综合征的疗效比较

目的　比较肝素与低分子肝素治疗急性冠脉综合征的疗效和安全性。方法　在常规治疗的基础上将 6 2例住院病人随机分为肝素组和低分子肝素 2个组。结果　低分子肝素和肝素对心绞痛症状缓解相仿 ,对心电图和酶学疗效低分子肝素组优于肝素组。 2组均未见明显不良反应。结论　低分子肝素皮下注射和肝素同样有效 ,其中低分子肝素可明显减少急性冠脉综合征 30d死亡率和复合性心脏事件的发生

Comparison of Heparin and Low Molecular Heparin' s Effects on Acute Coronary Syndrome

Objective To compare the curative effects and safety of heparin with low molecular heparin on acute coronary syndrome. Methods 62 patients with routine treatment were randomly divided into heparin group and low molecular heparin group. Results The effects of heparin on relieving angina pectoris symptom were equal to that of low molecular heparin. The effects of low molecular heparin on electrocardiogram and enzyme were better than that of heparin. There were no obvious side effects in both groups. Conclusion The effects of low molecular heparin hypodermic injection were equal to that of heparin. Low molecular heparin can significantly reduce mortality and cardiac events within 30 days in acute coronary syndrome patients.
