| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨弓形虫感染对脑梗死患者血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1（MCP-1）表达水平的影响。方法 应用ELISA方法，对312例脑梗死患者和307例健康对照者进行弓形虫循环抗原CAg，弓形虫抗体则、IgG的定性检测及血清MCP-1表达水平测定。结果 弓形虫感染的早期，脑梗死患者血清中MCP-1水平增高，经Mann-WhitneyU检验，P〈0．05，统计学上有显著性意义。结论 弓形虫感染的早期可致脑梗死患者血清MCP-1表达水平增高。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship of toxoplasma infection and the serum level of MCP-1 in patients with Cerebral Infarction (CT).Methods The existence of the circulating antigen(CAg) and antibody IgM、IgG of toxoplasma and level of MCP-1 in serum was tested by ELISA in 312 patients with CI and 307 normal controls.Results There is a higher expression of MCP-1 in patients with CI in the early stage of toxoplasma infection(P<0.05).Conclusion The early stage of toxoplasma infection may be able to cause a higher expression of MCP-1 in patients with CI. |
