复方樟柳碱联合A型肉毒素综合治疗特发性眼睑痉挛临床研究

目的分析非手术方法综合治疗眼睑痉挛的效果。方法本组32例特发性眼睑痉挛患者,给予先行复方樟柳碱颞浅动脉旁注射治疗,对痉挛未完全缓解的患者应用A型肉毒素局部注射治疗。结果痉挛时间<6个月的12例患者经过复方樟柳碱治疗2周后,5例症状完全消失,7例痉挛频率减少且每次痉挛持续时间缩短;痉挛时间>6个月的20例患者应用复方樟柳碱局部注射后4例患者症状完全缓解,症状一般在注射后逐渐缓解,12例眼睑痉挛患者注射后部分缓解,4例眼睑痉挛患者注射后无效。对于部分缓解和无效的患者均采取A型肉毒素注射治疗,治疗后全部达到完全缓解。结论先用复方樟柳碱注射,后用A型肉毒素注射的综合治疗眼睑痉挛,为有效、可靠的治疗手段,并易于推广与普及。

Clinical Research on the Treatment of Idiopathic Blepharospasm by Compound Anisodine Combined with Botulinum Toxin Type A

Objective To observe the efficacy of using compound anisodine and Botox-A in the treatment of blepharospasm（BS）.Methods A total of 32 patients with BS were involved in the present study.All of patients were injected with compound anisodine injection subcutaneconsly around superficial temporal artery.Those patients who had no a complete remission of symptoms were managed with a local injection of Botox-A.Results 5 of the 12 cases whose history lasted less than 6 months had a complete disappearance of symptoms after receiving a local injection of compound anisodine,else 7 patients presented with relieved spasm.Among the 20 cases with BS whose history lasted more than 6 months were injected with compound anisodine,4 cases had a complete or obvious remission of symptoms,12 patients presented with relieved spasm and the conditions of 4 patients remained unchanged.Those patients who had no a complete or obvious remission of symptomss were received a local injection of Botox-A（BTA）,and all had obvious remission of symptomss.Conclusion The Compound anisodine and Botox-A local injection,which could be easy to administer,might be an effective and reliable treatment for patients with BS.
