| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨中西医结合治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效.方法 采用中药桂枝茯苓胶囊配合西药米非司酮对67例子宫肌瘤进行治疗,分别以治疗前后子宫肌瘤最大径线的改变和主要临床症状的改善来判定疗效.结果 痊愈12例（17.91%）,显效43例（64.07%）,有效6例（8.96%）,无效6例（8.96%）,总有效率为91.01%.停药后6个月B超复查肌瘤均无复发.结论 桂枝茯苓胶囊配合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤安全、有效,且停药后无明显复发,可推广于临床使用.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Wastern Medicine on the treatment of hysteromyoma.Methods 67 cases with hysteromyoma were treated by mifepristone combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine(that is a Chinese formulated products with improvement of bood flow).The effects were observed before and after treatment.Results The accumulative total effective rate was 91.01%.No case recured in the next 6 months.Conclusion Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Wastern Medicine could reduce the recurrence of hysteromyoma,which was an major side effect of the single Western medicine-mifepristone. |
