中西医结合治疗甲状腺机能亢进症(附57例临床观察)

目的　观察中药复方平亢方、他巴唑联合治疗甲状腺机能亢进症 (简称甲亢 )的临床疗效。方法　5 7例患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 (31例 )予以平亢方、他巴唑治疗 ;对照组 (2 6例 )予以他巴唑治疗。 3个月为1个疗程 ,均观察 2个疗程。观察 2组治疗前后甲亢的临床症状、体征、甲状腺激素水平的改善情况的差异。结果　治疗组和对照组总三碘甲状腺原氨酸 (T3)、总甲状腺素 (T4 )、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸 (FT3)、游离甲状腺素 (FT4 )的水平均有降低 ,TSH明显上升 (P <0 0 5 )。治疗组多项指标降低优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;治疗组总有效率 (96 77% ) ,显著高于对照组 (84 73% ,P <0 0 5 ) ;而且治疗组患者临床症状和体征改善也优于对照组 ,尤其是降低甲亢指数积分明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　平亢方与他巴唑治疗甲亢疗效肯定 ,其作用机制可能与抑制能量代谢 ,抑制甲状腺激素的分泌 ,阻断甲状腺激素的吸收等有关

Clinical Observation on Hyperthyroidism Complex Treated with TCM and Western Medicine

Objective To observe curative effect of Pingkangfang and methimazolum treating hyperthyroidism. Methods 57 cases of such patient were divided into two groups. Group I was given Pingkangfang and methimazolum and control group was given methimazolum 3 month was a course for 2 courses observation. The improvement of clinical symptom, signs and thyroid hormone level were observed. Results T 3, T 4, FT 3 and FT 4 in therapy group were decreased and TSH was increases significantly that those in control group (P<0.05). The clinical symptom and signs in therapy group were improved better than those in control group with total effective rate of 96.77% in therapy group and 84.73% in control group. Conclusion Pingkangfang could treat the hyperthyroidism effectively with mechanism of inhibit energy metabolism, secretion of thyroid and block the absorption of thyroid hormone.
