阿维A治疗重症银屑病38例临床观察

目的观察阿维A对重症银屑病的疗效与毒副作用。方法选择38例重症银屑病患者作为观察对象,应用阿维A胶囊30 mg,1次/d,口服。待病情好转或皮肤损害消失后,逐渐减量至10~20 mg/d,维持治疗2~4周,共用药8周,评价疗效。结果治疗后发热等全身症状消失,皮肤损害逐渐好转或恢复正常,38例中治愈12例,显效17例,有效9例。结论阿维A对重症银屑病有显著疗效,且毒副作用轻微。

Clinical Observation on Psoriasis with AW-A

Objective To discuss the curative effect and toxic effect of AW- A to treat psoriasis.Methods 38 cases of such patient were treated with AW - A 30 mg per day taking orally and then dosage reduced to 10 - 20 mg per day after turning better or skin lesion disappearance thus to maintain the 2 - 4 weeks with the course of 8 weeks. The effects were assessed. Results The symptoms disappeared and skin lesion recovered after treatment. There were 12 cases healed, 17 cases excellent, 9 cases effected. Conclusion This drug might have obvious curative effect and slightly side effect to treat the psoriasis.
