| 摘 要： | 目的评价米力农治疗慢性肺心病心衰的疗效。方法将64例慢性肺心病心衰患者随机分为2组。治疗组32例在常规治疗的基础上加用米力农静滴,1次/d,7d为1个疗程;对照组32例为常规治疗。结果米力农组总有效率为87%,对照组总有效率为71%。两组疗效比较差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论米力农治疗慢性肺心病合并心衰疗效确定。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the curative effect on CPHF treated with milrinone. Methods 64 cases of such patient were divided into 2 groups. The therapy group was treated with milrinone per day and 7 day as a course based on routine therapy. The control group was treated with routine therapy. Results The total effective rate was 87 % in therapy group and 71% in control group with significant difference. Conclusion The milrinone might be effective to treat CPHF. |
