卡莫司汀长循环热敏脂质体的制备与表征

摘    要:目的研究卡莫司汀长循环热敏脂质体的制备及表征。方法采用薄膜分散并超声法制备卡莫司汀长循环热敏脂质体,采用透射电镜、激光粒度分析仪检测其形态与粒径分布,采用凝胶柱层析法分离脂质体与游离药物,采用高效液相色谱法研究其含量与包封率。结果卡莫司汀长循环热敏脂质体粒径约100nm左右,包封率达97%以上。结论成功制备了卡莫司汀长循环热敏脂质体。
