脊髓损伤患者早期康复的功能恢复及并发症影响

摘    要:目的分析早期康复对脊髓损伤患者功能恢复以及并发症的具体影响。方法选择我院收治的该类患者作为研究对象并按照发病时间进行分组治疗,对治疗前及康复治疗3个月后患者的相关功能及能力进行评定并对比分析。结果治疗前,两组ASIA运动评分、ASIA感觉指数评分、改良Barthel指数评分与功能独立性评定(FIM)评分均无显著性差异(P〉0.05);各项目治疗后同治疗前相比均有所提高(P〈0.05),且治疗组上述评分情况均提升,均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);治疗组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P〈0.05);两组异位骨化发生率差异不具有显著性(P〉0.05)。结论早期康复治疗能够有效促进脊髓损伤患者运动功能恢复并显著减少并发症发生率,值得推广应用。

Abstract:【Objective】Analysis of specific effects of early rehabilitation on functional recovery in patients with spinal cord injury and complications. 【Methods】In our hospital were selected for this kind of patients as the research object and according to the time of onset group therapy, the related function of thepatients and the ability were assessed and compared before treatment and 3 months after rehabilitation treatment. 【Results】Before treatment, two groups of ASIA motor score, ASIA index score of feeling,modified Barthel index score and functional independence measure(FIM) were no significant difference in score(P〉0.05); The project after treatment enhanced compared with before treatment(P〈0.05),and the treatment group the scores of improvement were higher than the control group(P〈0.05); the incidence rate of complications was significantly lower than that in control group(P〈0.05) treatment; Two groups of heterotopic ossification differences were not significant(P〉0.05).【Conclusion】Early rehabilitation can effectively promote the functional recovery of spinal cord injury patients and significantly reduce the incidence of complications, and is worthy of popularization and application.
