氩氦刀冷冻治疗非小细胞肺癌对患者免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨非小细胞肺癌患者经氩氦刀治疗前后免疫力的变化。方法选取2003年7月-2009年12月的患者,均经病理诊断非小细胞肺癌48例。病例选择标准:患者预期生存期大于3个月,实验期间均未接受氩氦刀以外的其他治疗。氩氦刀治疗前1周及治疗后1周收集标本,测T淋巴细胞核仁银染面积与核周银染面积的比值。结果术后3-12个月复查CT示肿瘤明显缩小,部分患者肿瘤消失。非小细胞肺癌患者在氩氦刀治疗后外周血T淋巴细胞核仁银染面积与核周银染面积的比值比治疗前明显升高(P0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌患者经氩氦刀治疗后可以增强机体免疫功能,提高抗肿瘤能力。

Clinical analysis of cellular immunity function in non-small-cell lung carcinoma treated by argon-helium cryosurgery system

Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the immunity function changes of patients with non-small-cell lung carcinoma treated by AHCS(argon-helium cryosurgerystem).【Methods】48 patients who have been diagnosed as pathological non-small-cell lung carcinoma and the expected survival time of patients were more than three months since July 2003 to December 2009.Samples were collected one week before and after one week treatment of AHCS.The Ag-NORs ratio of peripheral blood was analyzed using KL of image analysis system without other treatment.【Results】 After 3-12 months of cryosurgery treatments the tumor was getting reduced significantly on CT and tumor was found disappeared in some patients.It was also found that the Ag-NORs ratio of peripheral blood from non-small-cell lung carcinoma patients treated by AHCS was significant increased(P 0.05) compared to that of before treatment.【Conclusions】Treatment of AHCS can enhance the cellular immune functions and improve the anti-tumor capacity of patients with non-small-cell lung carcinoma.
