氩氦刀冷冻治疗非小细胞肺癌对多肿瘤标志物的影响

摘    要:目的探讨非小细胞肺癌患者经氩氦刀治疗前后多肿瘤标志物的变化。方法选取2005年12月-2009年12月的患者,均经病理诊断非小细胞肺癌48例。病例选择标准:患者预期生存期大于3个月,实验期间均未接受氩氦刀以外的其他治疗。氩氦刀治疗前1周及治疗后1月收集标本,采用多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片诊断系统,检测分析非小细胞肺癌患者血清的l2种常见肿瘤标志物,包括糖原199(CAl99)、神经原特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖原242(CA242)、铁蛋白(Ferritin)、β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、游离前列腺特异抗原(f-PSA)、前列腺特异抗原(PSA)、糖原l25(CAl25)、人生长激素(HGH)及糖原l53(CAl53)。结果氩氦刀治疗后非小细胞肺癌患者CEA、CA199、CA125、CAl53、CA242及Ferritin的数值较治疗前有显著下降(P0.05),而AFP、NSE、β-HCG、f-PSA、PSA及HGH的数值在治疗前后无显著变化(P0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌患者经氩氦刀治疗后可以下调多肿瘤标志物的表达水平,而多肿瘤标志物联合检测能有效监控氩氦刀治疗效果。

The effection of multi-tumor marker in non-small-cell lung carcinoma treated by argon-helium cryosurgery system

Abstract:【Objective】To investigate multi-tumor marker changes of patients with non-small-cell lung carcinoma treated by AHCS(argon-helium cryosurgerystem).【Methods】48 patients who have been diagnosed as pathological non-small-cell lung carcinoma and the expected survival time of patients were more than three months since December 2005 to December 2009.Samples were collected one week before and after 1 month treatment of AHCS.The serum levels of 12 tumor makers(including carbohyrdrate antigen 199(CA199),neuron-specific enolase(NSE),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 242(CA242),ferritin,βhuman chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),alphafetoprotein(AFP),free prostate specific antigen(f-PSA),prostate specific antigen(PSA),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),human growth hormone(HGH) and carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153)) were measured by the multi-tumor·marker protein·chip diagnostic system.【Results】The serum levels of CEA、CA199、CA125、CAl53、CA242 and Ferritin from non-small-cell lung carcinoma patients treated by AHCS were significant decreased(P〈 0.05) compared to that of before treatment.However,the serum levels of AFP、NSE、β-HCG、f-PSA、PSA and HGH were not significant diversity((P〉 0.05).【Conclusion】Treatment of AHCS can decrease the serum levels of CEA、CA199、CA125、CAl53、CA242 and Ferritin from non-small-cell lung carcinoma patients.The multi-tumor marker protein chip detective system had valid value of clinical application in the evaluate therapeutic effection of non-small-cell lung carcinoma patients treated by.AHCS.
