| 摘 要： | 目的探讨石炭酸在预防肾囊肿去顶术后复发中的疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析后腹腔镜去顶术联合石炭酸治疗肾囊肿32例临床资料。结果 32例手术均获成功,无明显并发症,随访6-32个月,无肾囊肿复发。结论石炭酸用于肾囊肿去顶术中囊壁硬化能有效防止术后复发,操作安全、简单,实用性强。

| Abstract: | 【Objective】To study the efficacy and safety of carbolic acid in the prevention of postoperative recurrence of renalabscess excise top operation. 【Methods】The clinical information data of 32 cases with simple renal cyst was analyzed retrospectively, who were treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing combined carbolic acid. 【Results】32 surgeries are successful and nosignificantcomplicationsoccurred.All the patients were followed up for 6 to 32 months, without recurrence of the renal cyst. 【Conclusion】It is effective on preventing recurrence of renal cysts by used carbolic acid in residual cysts during retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgical unroofing.The operation is safe, easyand practical. |
