| 摘 要： | 支架材料是骨组织工程中的关键环节,支架材料与许多可降解材料一起也在进行研究和探讨.该文对用于骨组织工程支架材料的高分子材料、天然材料和人工合成材料的研究状况进行了综述,并对其优缺点和其发展趋势进行了分析.

| Abstract: | Scolefold material is the most important case in bone tissue engineering. This paper summarizes the current studies on some materials used as scolefold in bone tissue engineering, including macromolecule material, ceramics material, material derived from natural biological organism and their compound materials. And also analyse their advantages and disadvantage and the development trend of it. |
