摘    要:目的本文目的是研究不同环境温度下光源照度和色温对人体心血管功能的调控作用。方法 8名健康男姓大学生作为自愿者参加本研究,受试者在人工气候室内暴露于不同的环境温度和人工照明条件下测定心率,血压,心输出量,计算心搏量,记录皮肤血流量。结果在环境低温条件下高照度引起心率增加,在高温条件下高照度导致心输出量的增多和收缩压的升高,在18℃下高色温引起舒张压和皮肤血流量的增多。结论在不同环境温度下,光源照明人体心血管功能有一定的调控作用,提示:在不同的冷、热环境下应选择适合的光源照明,对人的心血管功能处于相对平衡是有好处的。

Abstract: Objective ] The aims of this study are to search the effects of illuminant and color temperature of lighting on human cardio - vascular functions under different environmental temperature and observe their numerical changes and to evaluate functional implications of such changes, to discuss the coordinated roles of environment temperature, different illuminances and color temperatures of lighting and to search the potential mechanism. Such study has important theoretical significances and also applicable value, and will offer references for selecting lighting at different environmental temperature, such as an excessively air- conditioned room and workplace. Methods] 8 students participated in this experiment in a artificial climate chamber. The experimental conditions consisted of 8 factors pro- vided by a combinations of 2 level air temperature( 18℃ and 30℃ ) , 2 level of color temperature (3000K and 6000K) and 2 level of illuminance( 300Lx and 1000Lx). Heart rate, cardiac output, blood pressure and skin blood flow were recorded during each condition for 60min. Results] The results of experiment have shown : during low or high temperature the high lighting illuminance caused increase heart rate, cardiac output and systolic blood pressure. The high color temperature caused increment of stroke and diastolic blood pressure and skin blood flow. Conclusion] Under differ- ent ambient temperature the lighting plays certain role for regulation of human cardiac circulatory functions, during the high ambient temperature is appropriate to the use of cool temperature lighting source, and vice versa. Therefore, to select a proper lighting source in different temperature is an important aspect for the health of human beings.
