胎儿磁共振成像技术在产时手术病例的产前诊断中应用价值的初步探讨

摘    要:目的探讨胎儿磁共振成像技术(MRI)在产时手术病例的产前诊断中的应用价值。方法收集2008年8月-2011年4月于中国医科大学附属盛京医院成功施行产时胎儿手术的17例患者资料,回顾性分析MRI对产时手术的实施所起到的指导性作用。结果 17例患者中,胎儿脐膨出7例,胎儿淋巴管瘤4例,胎儿膈疝2例,胎儿骶尾部畸胎瘤2例,胎儿腹壁裂2例,在胎儿手术前行MRI检查均明确了胎儿出生缺陷的种类及严重程度,并采取了合适的手术方式,术中均证实了MRI的判断。结论 MRI能够评估胎儿异常的严重程度,对指导产时胎儿手术发挥着极其重要的作用。

Abstract:【Objective】 To discuss the prenatal diagnosis role of fetal Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI) in intrapartum fetal surgery.【Methods】 17 cases who had intrapartum fetal operation in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were collected from August 2008 to April 2011,and retrospective analysis was used to discuss the role of fetal MRI to intrapartum fetal operation about the part of prenatal diagnosis.【Results】 17 cases include 7 cases of fetal omphalocele,4 cases of fetal lymphangioma,2 cases of fetal diaphragmatic hernia,2 cases of fetal sacrococcygeal teratoma and 2 cases of fetal gastriosis.All cases were diagnosed the kind and severity of the fetal defect,managed with suitable operation.The condition showed during the operation confirmed the diagnosis of MRI.【Conclusion】 MRI can evaluate the severity of fetal abnormalities,so to play a very important role in guiding the intrapartum fetal operation.
