纳米骨修复材料研究进展

摘    要:该文对各种类型和性能的纳米骨修复材料的研究现状及最新进展进行了总结.纳米骨材料的主要用途是作为细胞外支架和骨折的固定材料,已在组织工程和生物材料研究中显示出优异的生物学性能和广阔的应用前景.但是,纳米骨材料也存在一些问题,其微观结构、理化性质和毒副作用有待系统深入研究.

Abstract:The research status and latest advances in varieties of nano-materials with different capabilities, which are applied for bone repair, are summarized in this article. The main purposes of bone materials with nanometer scale include scaffolds surrounding cells and fixation materials for fractures; It has been shown that the materials have excellent biological capabilities and broad prospects for application in tissue engineering and biological material fields. However, some problems of bone materials with nanometer scale acturally exist and their microcosmic structures, physical and chemical properties, noxious and side effects require further systemic research.
