摘    要:壳聚糖是甲壳素脱乙酰化后的产物,具有良好的生物相容性和生物可降解性,并且具有低毒、无免疫原性等特点。作为自然界唯一的天然阳离子多糖并且拥有良好的生物学性质,使得壳聚糖在药学、医学、组织工程等领域的研究备受关注。近年来,壳聚糖及其衍生物材料作为天然高分子组织工程支架越来越受到重视。本文综述了壳聚糖及其衍生物在不同器官(骨、软骨、皮肤、肝等)组织工程中的研究现状。

Abstract:Chitosan, deacetylation product of chitin, has good biocompatibility, biodegradability, low toxicity, non-immunogenicity, etc. As the only natural cationic polysaccharide, chitosan has gained considerable interest in the field of pharmacy, medicine and tissue engineering because of its favorable biological properties. In recent years, chitosan and its derivates have drawn more and more attentions as the natural polymer scaffold in the application of tissue engineering. In the present paper, we reviewed the application of chitosan and its derivates in the tissue engineering of different organs (bone, cartilage, skin, liver, and etc.).
