全国医院感染监控网对医院内金黄色葡萄球菌感染及耐药性监测报告

摘    要:目的了解医院内金黄色葡萄球菌感染的情况及对常用抗菌药物的耐药特点,为临床治疗提供参考。方法对全国医院感染监控网79家医院的医院金黄色葡萄球菌感染部位及细菌耐药性进行统计分析。结果3975株金黄色葡萄球菌占所有医院感染病原体的9.18%,其中耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(79.93%)。主要分离部位来自皮肤软组织(21.08%)、手术部位(13.51%)、呼吸系统(10.11%)。对利福平、呋喃妥因、替考拉宁、万古霉素的耐药率较低,分别为21.16%、15.93%、2.67%和0.00%。结论金黄色葡萄球菌是引起医院感染的常见病原体,耐药性严重,金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素、替考拉宁、呋喃妥因、利福平敏感性较高。临床应针对不同情况合理选用抗菌药物。

Abstract:Objective To realize the drug-resisting trait of Staphylococcus aureus against common antimicrobial agents so as to provide reference to clinical therapy.Methods Resource and drug resistance of Staphlococcus aureus in hospital infection in 79 hospitals,who are members of National Monitoring Net of Hospital Infection,was statistically analyzed.Results 3 975 strains of Staphylococcus aureus accounted for 9.18% of all pathogens in hospital infection,79.93% of which were methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus.Staphylococcus aureus were mainly isolated from skin and soft tissue(21.08%),operation sites(13.51%)and respiratory tracts(10.11%).The resistant rates of Staphlococcus aureus of rifampin,furazolidone,teicoplaninand vancomycin were all low,which were 21.16%,15.93%,2.67% and 0.00% respectively.Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus is a common pathogen in hospital infection.The drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus is serious.Staphylococcus aureus is sensitive to vancomycin,teicoplanin,furazolidone and rifampin.Antimicrobial agents should be reasonably applied according to different clinical situation.
