维持性血液透析患者死亡原因及相关因素分析

目的 对维持性血液透析患者（maintenance hemodialysis patients，MHD）死亡原因及相关因素进行探讨，从而采取相应的防治措施。方法 回顾分析该院近5年123例MHD患者中27例死亡患者的死亡原因，并与同期透析的对照组患者进行相关因素比较。结果 心血管并发症、脑血管意外和感染是MHD患者死亡的主要原因，透析时机选择过晚，透析间期体重增长过快，高血压，免疫功能低下是主要的相关危险因素。结论 早期透析、对病人进行血透知识的健康教育，控制透析间期体重增长和建立个体化的充分的整体透析治疗方案是降低血液透析病人死亡率的关键。

Analysis of the death cause and its correlated factors in maintance hemodialysis patients

Objective] To study the death cause and its correlated factor in maintenance hemodialysis patients in order to adopt the prevention and treatment. Method] 123 cases who underwent hemodialysis were retrospective analysis in our hospital, the death cause of MHD and its correlated factors were studied. Result] Cardiovascular disease, cerebrvaxcular disease and severe infections were the main death cause in MHD patients, the main correlated risk factor were receiving hemodialysis later, weight growth rate, hypertension. Conclusion] Receving hemodialysis early, controlling the weight growth rate and blood pressure, adopt the whole set of prevention and treatment can redued the death rate of hemodialysis patients..
