| 摘 要： | 目的探讨骨科临床护理中存在的护理风险,制定有效的风险管理措施。方法对骨科临床护理中存在或潜在的风险进行评估,分析,制定有效防范措施,对全科护理人员进行培训;制定科内各种风险的应急处理流程,完善各种报告制度;规范护理操作规程和护理行为;规范与加强护理记录的书写。结果护理人员了解各种风险因素,处理流程。有效降低护理风险的发生。结论加强风险管理是提高护理服务质量的有效途径。
