| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨PDCA循环法在骨科运行病历质量管理中的应用及效果.方法 定期检查分析运行病历中存在的问题,然后运用PDCA循环法对有问题的运行病历进行干预并观察效果.结果 实施PDCA循环三个月后,本科运行病历质量持续改进达到预期效果,每次检查优质运行病历百分比可达80％左右.结论 PDCA循环法是骨科运行病历质量管理、提高运行病历质量的有效方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the application and effect of PDCA method for the running medical records quality control in the department of orthopaedics. Methods The irrational or incorrect running medical records were checked, analyzed and evaluated regularly, then the running medical records were intervened based on the PDCA cycle theory and the results were observed. Results After the application of PDCA for three months, the continuous improvement of the running medical records quality achieved the expectation. The percentage of high quality running medical records could reach about 80% every time. Conclusion PDCA method can effectively control and improve the quality of running medical records in the department of orthopaedics. |
