报告单邮寄信息采集管理系统的创建和应用

目的 建立报告单邮寄信息采集电子文档管理系统,增强科室管理工作效率,更好的为患者服务.方法 通过Query把LIS数据库根据所需条件转化到Excel中,并用函数功能和SQL语句将制式表格相应单元格内容与数据源进行链接刷新,实现每天自动刷新.结果 使用该系统后,不必重新在Excel中录入需要的信息文本,只需在打开Excel后进行数据刷新,实现了邮寄信息的统计及未邮寄人员及时提醒.结论 建立报告单邮寄信息采集管理系统方便了信息的快速调阅查询,更好地服务于无法拿到报告单的患者.同时为规范实验室电子文档管理提供良好的借鉴.

The Creation and Application of Laboratory Information System of Report Mailing

Objective To set information acquisition electronic document management system of Report mailing, enhance departments management efficiency, and give better service for patients. Methods Transforming the LIS database to Excel by query according to the required conditions, and refreshing the corresponding cell content in standard form and data source by function and SQL. Realize automatic refresh every day. Results After using the system, we don＇t have to inputs information text in the Excel again. We just open the Excel to refresh the data. Realize the mailing information statistics and no-mail patient timely reminder. Conclusion Information acquisition electronic document management system of report mailing can facilitate rapid retrival of information and better serve patients who cannot get report, at the same time provide a good reference for laboratory electronic document management standard.
