| 摘 要： | 有针对性的对当前病案复印管理工作中存在问题进行科学分析，应用先进技术设备对病案复印流程进行升级改造，最大限度地发挥新技术在病案管理中的应用效果，使病案复印证件保存及病案复印收费流程更加合理合法，保护医院和患者的合法权利不受侵犯，减少在复印过程中的纠纷隐患。通过科学的管理手段，优化病案复印工作流程，不仅提高了工作质量和工作效率，也提升了医院的整体服务水平和患者服务的满意度，使病案更好的为医院、社会服务。

| Abstract: | The problems of the medical record copying management should be analyzed.We using advanced technology and equipment to upgrade the copying process, maximizing effect of new technology application in the medical record management, making the medical record copying documents preservation and medical record copying charging process more reasonable and lawful, protecting the legitimate rights of hospitals and patients, reducing the disputes of the process of copying. Scientific management and optimizing medical record copying work process can not only improve the work quality and work efficiency, but also improve the whole service level of the hospital and patient satisfaction of service, make better service to the hospital and social. |
