病案信息学期末考试试卷分析及评价

摘    要:目的 为了客观评价教学质量和教学效果,以发现教学过程中存在的问题,对病案信息学期末考试试卷进行综合分析和评价.方法 应用教学测量学对病案信息学期末考试试卷进行分析.结果 试卷平均分70.6,成绩服从正态分布.试卷难度适中,区分度一般,信度较好.容易题比重过大,应该加大较难题所占的比例.结论 该试卷应该及时加大较难题的比例,使试卷难度适中,以客观反映学生的实际水平,从而提高教学质量.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the quality and effect of teaching objectively, discover the problems existing in teaching process, and conduct a comprehensive analysis and evaluation on the term final examination papers of medical informatics. Method To analyze the term final examination papers with teaching surveying. Result The average score of examination papers was 70.6 and obeyed the normal distribution. The examination paper had moderate difficulty, general discrimination and well reliability, but the proportion of easy subjects was too large, the proportion of harder ones should be increased. Conclusion The examination paper should increase the proportion of harder subjects to make the paper with moderate difficulty, so as to reflect the practical level of the students and improve the teaching quality.
