| 摘 要： | 对破窗理论的成因和理论要点进行分析。日常管理中经常会出现破窗理论中的"破窗"现象,对"打碎玻璃"的行为的处理要及时。病案信息管理科室要运用这一理论,制定符合实际的切实可行的规章制度,创造良好的管理环境,维护正常工作秩序。
