| 摘 要： | 目的探讨利用医院网络信息，改进统计工作的模式，及时准确上报医疗信息。方法利用网络信息互通优势，从电子病案中以EXEEL文件形式批量导出当日出院病人病案首页信息资料，通过数据接口模式导入医院信息系统（hospiIaLinformationsystem，Ⅲs）中，经与电子病案中详细信息校核、编码后及时生成每日出院病人信息，月初汇总成各类报表。结果改进后的医院统计工作模式优点明显，电子病案系统与HIS系统合理衔接，工作效率与质量大大提高。结论探讨改进医院统计工作模式，充分利用医院信息网络及时采集统计信息，实现了信息资源共享，实现了系统间的无缝对接，医疗信息统计变得高效、便捷、准确。
