摘    要:目的建立后医疗管理信息反馈渠道,提高医务人员的服务质量,有效提升病人满意度。方法通过对全院出院病人电话随访,准确掌握出院病人的医疗服务满意程度;及时查找、分析随访信息;应用后医疗管理信息反馈渠道及时传递信息,为医院制定相应的管理、培训、约束机制提供可靠的依据。结果出院病人满意度调查结果综合满意度从95.23%上升到98.94%。结论及时了解病人需求,明确服务目标,有效规范医务人员服务行为,提高了服务质量和病人满意度,构建了和谐的医患关系,稳定医院客户群。
