| 摘 要： | 目的分析统计报表数据存在的常见问题，并提出避免错误发生的建议及对策，提高统计质量，使统计更好地为医院管理服务。方法查看卫生统计网络直报的法定报表及院内业务统计报表，抽取2010年某期间的病案，对此期间报表上的指标数据进行核对检查并对比分析，找出影响住院统计数据质量的原因。结果通过审核病案首页，发现医院统计中统计指标数据不实主要是病案首页信息书写缺陷及病案人员录入不严谨等造成的。结论加强统计报表审核，同时加强医院病案管理，提高病案填写及输入质量，才能保证统计数据质量，让统计真正发挥参考和服务作用。
