提高内科临床见习效果的实践与体会

为提高内科临床见习效果，在血液病见习中部分吸收以问题为基础的教学模式，是以问题为基础、以学生为主体、以小组讨论为形式，同时加大了教师的引导作用，通过设计不同问题，着重在激发学生学习兴趣、培养正确的临床思维、全面掌握理论知识、掌握沟通技巧等几个方面的培养。结果证实学生的学习兴趣明显提高，活跃了课堂气氛，培养了学生自主学习和解决实际问题的能力，提高了临床思维、综合分析及沟通表达能力，提高了内科临床见习水平。

Practice and Experience of Improving the Effect of Internal Medicine Clinical Training
