| 摘 要： | 目的评价某院近5年医疗工作质量,为医院管理决策提供科学依据。方法选择反映工作效率、医疗质量的10项统计指标,应用主成分分析法进行综合评价。结果该院工作质量综合评价最佳年度为2008年,2007年次之,工作效率和医疗质量的综合指数自2004年以来逐年上升。结论运用综合评价指标体系,可合理地评价医院医疗工作质量。
