因子分析法在评价医院医疗质量中的应用

目的对某医院2000年～2007年医院工作情况进行综合评价，为医院领导提供客观、科学反映医院工作实质的统计分析。方法选择11项反映工作效率和医疗质量的统计指标，应用主成分和因子分析法，对8年的医院医疗工作进行综合评价，进行评分和排名。采用SPSS软件进行数据处理。结果8年来医院医疗工作综合评价最好的是2007年，其次是2000年，第三是2002年，最差的是2003年。结论主成分分析法和因子分析法都是多元统计分析方法，在损失很少信息的前提下把多个指标转化为几个综合指标，抓住主要矛盾，用少量的变量来解释所研究的复杂问题。在评价医院医疗工作上具有合理性、综合性和可行性。

Foctor Analysis in the Assessment of Medical Quality

Objective To use the Principal Component and Factoring Analysis to evaluate the composite medical quality in a hospital from 2000 to 2007 so as to provide an objective,scientific and real analysis for the leadership of the hospital.Methods We chose eleven typical aspects such as work efficiency,work quantity etc.,and obtain the composite grade points with the SPSS system.Results The composite grade points show that the top year is 2007,the second year is 2000,the third year is 2002,and the lowest is 2003.Conclusion Both the Principal components and factoring Analysis are the methods of multivariate data Analysis.They are used to transform many indexes into a few indexes while some information is lost.They use several variables to explain some complex problems and catch the mean key points to judge the work of the hospital legitimately and exhaustively.
