2005年-2009年我院首次住院肿瘤患者病例构成分析

目的了解我院首次住院肿瘤患者的病例构成,为该地区肿瘤防治提供依据。方法以2005年-2009年首次住院肿瘤病例为研究对象,分析病例的疾病构成、年龄特征和性别构成比。结果构成比居前10位的肿瘤分别为食管癌、肺癌、胃癌、子宫颈癌、肝癌、乳癌、子宫肌瘤、直肠癌、鼻咽癌和乳房良性肿瘤。肿瘤的高发年龄为45岁～64岁,占构成比的51.13%。男女性别比为1.19：1.0。结论食管癌、肺癌、胃癌、子宫颈癌和肝癌是本地区常见肿瘤,中老年所占的构成比较高,应做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗,提高肿瘤病人的生活质量。

Analysis on Constitutions of First-admitted Tumor Patients from 2005 to 2009

Objective To evaluate the constitutions of first-admitted tumor patients in Nantong tumour hospital and further to provide evidence for the prevention and control of tumors. Methods Analysis was done on disease constitution,age characteristics and sex constitution ratio of first-admitted tumor patients from 2005 to 2009 in our hospital. Results The top 10 tumors in constitution ratio were esophagus cancer,lung cancer,stomach cancer,cervix cancer,liver cancer,breast cancer,uterine fibroids,rectal cancer,pharyngeal cancer and breast benign tumor. The peak age of tumor ranged from 45 to 64 years old,accounting for 51.13% of the total first-admitted tumor patients; the ratio of male to female was 1.19：1.0. Conclusion Common tumors in this region are esophageal cancer,lung cancer,gastric cancer,cervical cancer and liver cancer,with a higher constitution ratio in the elderly; and early discovery,early diagnosing and early treatment should be done to improve the life quality of tumors patients.
