| 摘 要： | 肝原发性腺鳞癌是一种极其罕见的肝脏恶性肿瘤,包含腺癌和鳞癌两种成分,预后很差。我院于2010年8月收治1例,右半肝切除及左肝癌无水酒精注射消融术。术后3.5月死于肝功能衰竭。结合本例报告,复习文献笔者认为病理检查与免疫组化符合腺鳞癌,排除肝以外原发灶肝转移即可诊断为肝原发性腺鳞癌;治疗首选手术切除;还有肝移植、放化疗等治疗方法,但多数学者认为效果不理想。

| Abstract: | Primary adenosquamous carcinoma of the liver is an extremely rare liver cancer.It includes adenocarcinoma and Squamous cell carcinoma.A patient was admitted by Our hospital in August 2010 who was taken right liver resection and ablation of liver cancer alcohol injection.This patient died of liver failure after a half and three months.According to the case,it can be concluded that pathological examination and immunohistochemistry consistent with adenosquamous carcinoma.Primary adenosquamous carcinoma can be ... |
