| 摘 要： | 目的了解新一轮医药卫生体制改革对成都市管公立综合医院主要卫生统计指标的影响。方法采用秩和比法（RSR）对2010年医改半年来,成都市医院管理局所属8所综合医院2010年上半年主要卫生统计指标的同比增幅进行加权综合评价。结果医改半年来,市属8所公立综合医院主要卫生统计指标均有不同程度的增长,但发展尚不够平衡。门急诊诊次增幅最大者为25.59%,最小1.78%;出院人数增幅最大达41.49%,最小6.52%;实际占用总床日增幅最大37.24%,最差者呈负增长（-3.86%）;业务收入增幅最高达45.23%,最差者呈负增长（-5.57%）。结论成都模式的医改对于提升公立医院运行效率,充分发挥卫生资源的配置效应,缓解病人＂看病难＂和＂看病贵＂起到了积极的作用。
