| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经皮经肝穿刺胆道引流术（PTCD）治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸的临床疗效。方法恶性梗阻性黄疸53例,均采用B超引导的PTCD术治疗,术后常规X线下胆道造影。结果PTCD术穿刺一次成功41例,2次成功12例,无失败,无显著并发症发生。51例黄疸明显减轻,食欲体重增加,2例黄疸增加,术后最长生存期2年。结论PTCD是一种治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸姑息性治疗的有效方法,具有创伤小、安全、简便、经济等优点。

| Abstract: | Obstructive To evaluate the therapeutic effect of percutaneous ranshepatic cholangial drainage(PTCD).Method A total of 53 patients suffered from malignant obstructive jaundice were treated with PTCD under color Doppler flow imaging,followed by routine biliary tract opacification under X-ray.Result 41 cases were successfully treated in single puncture,12 cases were successfully treated in the second puncture,No failure and complications presented.51 cases of Jaundice were significantly relieved,with better appetite,jaundice increased in 2 cases,the maximum lifetime after operation is 2 years.Conclusion PTCD is an effective method in treating malignant obstructive jaundice palliatively,which is of the advantage of safety and less trauma. |
