血管支架植人术的ICD分类辨析

目的参照临床的分类方法，对血管支架植入术的支架类型进行合理的ICD分类。方法分析临床对血管支架植入手术中支架的分类，与ICD-9-CM-3对支架类型的分类进行对比。结果ICD-9-CM-3将裸支架与涂层支架归入同一个亚目，洗脱支架归人另一个亚目，而涂层支架和洗脱支架在临床应用中同属于药物支架。结论在ICD-9-CM-3编码时将涂层支架直接归入药物洗脱支架或增加细目将裸支架与涂层支架加以区分，便于统计和研究支架的临床应用。

ICD Classify Analysis of Vessel Stents Insertion

Objective Refer to the clinical classification, assigning the insertion of vessel stents to a reasonable ICD class. Method Analyze the clinical and ICD - 9 - CM - 3 classifications of stents in insertion of vessel stents, especial coronary artery, to see the contrast between two classifications. Result In ICD- 9 - CM - 3, the bare stents and drug - coated stents bdong to the same subcategories, and the drug - eluting stents belong to another one. However, the drug- coated stents and drug- eluting stents both are drug stents in clinic. Conclusion Classifying the drug- coated stents to the drug- eluting stents or adding sub- classifications in ICD - 9 - CM - 3 to distinguish the bare stents and drug - coated stents for the statistic and study of clinical application of stents.
