医技科室应对突发公共卫生事件能力的培养

在现代社会中发生突发公共卫生事件在所难免,对人民群众生命财产安全危害性极大,妥善应对是医院必须面对的问题。医政部门应从制订应急预案,优化工作流程,进行模拟演练三方面提高医技科室应对突发公共卫生事件的能力。针对医技人员应急意识不足、应急预案需要细化、各相关科室应急预案衔接有待进一步完善、应急演练不足等方面的问题,提出加强医技人员的业务培训、培养医技人员处理问题的综合能力、完善急救绿色通道、消除院内急救盲区等解决措施。

Ability Training of Medical Technical Departments Deal with Public Health Emergencies

Occurrence of sudden public health incidents are inevitable in modern society which does great harm to people’s lives and property safety,and how to properly deal with it is the problem hospitals must face.Medical dministration departments should develop contingency plans,optimize workflow,and do simulation exercise to improve the medical departments the ability to respond to public health emergencies.Because the problems,such as medical technicians lack of emergency awareness,contingency plans need to refine,convergence of contingency plans need to be further improved between the relevant departments and inadequate of emergency drills,the measures as follows were put forward.For example,the professional training of medical technicians should be enhanced,the ability of medical technicians to deal with the problem should be cultivated,the first aid green channel should be improved,and the hospital first aid dead zone should be eliminated.
