| Abstract: | Objective To improve medical record management,guarantee medical safety and prevent medical disputes. Methods It should intensify the legal awareness of medical staff,perfect systems and strengthen link and final quality control of medical record to ensure its integrity. Results Through management,all the aspects of medical records from formation to file were improved greatly. Conclusion Medical record management should be strengthened,the legal awareness of medical staff should also be improved to guarantee medical safety and preserve interests between doctors and patients. |
