| 摘 要： | 对目前医院病案资料复印管理中存在的问题进行了探讨。分析了医院2004年-2008年复印病案资料的变化，及病案资料复印过程中存在的问题。提出了目前更好的开展病案资料复印管理工作的对策。达到了提高工作人员服务意识，更好的实施人性化服务的目的，并提出了需要进一步深入研究的新问题。
