| 摘 要： | 从认识病案质量管理与医疗纠纷的关系,探讨病案形成过程中的缺陷,对外使用的漏洞,法制意识薄弱等若干问题引发医疗纠纷,提出了提高病案质量和加强病案管理质量具体的措施和方法,最终目的达到防范医疗纠纷。

| Abstract: | By knowing the relation between medical record quality management and medical disputes, we discuss certain questions about the defects in medical records including the flaws of external medical records, and weakness in legal sense weak, as are easily to initiate medical disputes.We took the measures and methods to strengthen medical record quality and medical record management being on guard against medical disputes. |
