单病种管理标准化与信息化

向社会定期公布各医疗机构医疗服务质量、医疗费用等信息已是卫生行政的重要内容之一。通过定期公示，对促进医院之间良性竞争，推动医院深化内部改革起到了积极作用。但由于病种构成的差异，医院之间这种信息的可比性低，有可能误导病人选择就医。单病种费用质量控制及费用分析能全面直观地反映调查病种费用及费用结构、治疗转归等，有利于合理开发利用现有医疗资源，降低医疗成本，是控制医疗费用不合理增长，实行“总量控制，结构调整”的有效手段，也是行政管理部门和物价管理部门调整不合理收费，促进医疗消费趋向科学合理，减少卫生资源浪费的重要参考指标。

Standardization and informationization of single disease management

Objective Medical service quality and medical cost of all medical institutions should be made public regularly, which is one of important contents of medical administration. Regular pubbeation has positive effect on promoting benign competition between hospitals and pushing hospitals to deepen internal reform. However, the comparability of such information between hospitals is low .due to different constitution of disease types, which may mislead patients＇ selection of visiting doctors. Cost quality control and cost analysis of single disease can reflect cost and cost structure as well as therapeutic outcomes of disease types completely and intuitively, which is beneficial to develop and use current medical resourses, reduce medial cost,not only is an effective method to control unreasonable increase of medical cost and implement ＂total amount control, structure adjustment＂, but also an important reference index for administrative department and price control department to adjust unreasonable charge to promote scientific and rational medical comsumption and reduce waste of health resources.
