摘    要:目的了解肺、食管手术后感染的临床特点,以利更好地控制手术后感染.方法连续观察951例肺、食管择期手术患者术后感染情况.结果术后感染患者一般表现血象、体温持续偏高,伴有血红蛋白降低.食管手术感染致病菌主要是绿脓杆菌、不动杆菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球曲、甲型链球菌等.肺脏手术后感染的致病菌以金黄色葡萄球菌、甲型链球菌、不动杆菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌为主.结论肺、食管手术后患者体温持续偏高,术后1周血白细胞计数仍然没有恢复正常,注意有无术后感染.

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical characteristics of postoperative infections of pulmonary and esophageal surgery so as to control the postoperative infection.Methods Consecutively Observing the postoperative infection of951cases with pulmonary and esophageal operations.Results Commonly,the patients with Postoperative infections represent continuously high and obvious increase of WBC with low hemoglobin.Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Acinetobacter,coagulase negative staohylococcus,Streptococcus viridans are the main pathogenic bacteria of the postoperative infection of esophagus,while Staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcus viridans,Acinetobacter,klebsiella pneumoniae are the major factors caused postoperative in-fection of the lung.Conclusions:If the temperature or WBC is beyond the normal in a long period of time,the surgeons should notice the possibility of postoperative infection of the lung and esophagus.
