1925例在职与退休职工住院疾病谱分析

目的探讨在职职工与退休住院患者疾病谱的特点,为有针对性地做好疾病的预防治疗和控制提供参考依据。方法采用回顾性方法对某医保定点医疗机构城镇职工在职职工与退休住院疾病谱资料进行顺位及构成分析。结果疾病谱的顺位有较高的一致度(rs=0.912,P<0.05):(1)在职职工与退休住院疾病谱总体的顺位有较高的一致性。(2)在职职工与退休住院疾病构成比的差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应根据不同职别疾病谱的各自特点,有针对性开展疾病预防控制和治疗,建立良好的医疗保险补偿制度。

Analysis on Disease Spectrum in Hospital between 1925 Cases of Empioyed Workers and Retired Workers

Objective To discuss the characteristics of the disease spectrum of employed worker and retired worker inpatient. Methods Taking the sequence and structure analysis to the dates of the disease spectrum of employed worker and retired worker inpatient in a medical insurance fixed-point medical institution by retrospective method. Results The sequence of disease spectrum has high degree of consensus （rs = 0.912, P 〈 0.05）. （1）The sequence of disease spectrum of employed worker and retired worker inpatient has high degree of consensus. （2） The differences of disease constituent ratio between employed worker and retired worker have statistical significance P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion We should carry out disease prevention and control and treatment according to the characteristics of different job title disease spectrum, establish a good medical insurance compensation system.
