摘    要:病案复印需求日益增长,病案管理人员要转变服务理念,在病案复印工作中实施人性化服务,制定科学可行的复印流程,改善复印环境,探索方便快捷的病案复印方式方法,提高复印质量及效率,给患者及患者家属提供满意服务,为提升医院形象、构建和谐医患关系发展发挥积极作用。

Abstract:The medical record management personnel should change service concept, implement humanized service in the medical records copy work, make a scientific and feasible copy process, improve the copy environment, explore the convenient and efficient medical record copy methods, improve print quality and efficiency, provide satisfactory services to patients and their families, enhance the image of the hospital, play an active role in constructing harmonious doctor - patient relationship.
