电子病历对病案管理的促进作用

目的 探讨电子病历在病案管理过程中的优势与作用.方法 通过对某院实行电子病历管理前后,其在病案管理过程中各职能效率的比较分析.结果 电子病历管理后,出院病案的7日归档率由2.1％提高到88％;病案签收结束日期提前了8天;每份病案首页录入、复印、借阅、封存、解封的时间缩短了一半;疾病及手术编码的正确率由88％提高到95％;统计工作质量由99％提高到99.5％.结论 电子病历可促进病案管理,但也存在一些问题,要发挥其作用,需思想上高度重视,不断完善电子病历的功能,提高人员素质,真正实现病案的现代化管理功能.

The Promotion Function of Electronic Medical Records to the Medical Records Management

Objective To investigate the advantages and function of electronic medical records in the management process of medical records. Methods To conduct comparative analysis on the function efficiency before and after the application of electronic medical records in the process of medical records management in a hospital. Results After the application of electronic medical records, the seven days＇ homing rate of discharged medical records was increases from 2. 1% to 88%, the sign-offfinish data advanced for $ days, the time of type-in, duplication, borrowing, storage and de-archive of the home pages decreased for half of the time, the accuracy of disease and operation increases from $$% to 95%, and the quality of statistical work increased from 99% to 99.5%. Conclusions The electronic medical records could promote medical records management, but also some questions existing, and we should pay high attention to it inwardly and complete its function continuously so as to truly realize its modern management function.
