A Brief Discussion on Details Management in the Digitization Copying of Medical Records

With the deepening of the medical reform and gradually improvement of hospital informatization construction, the digitization management of medical records has become an important part of the informatization construction of the hospital. The role of digitization copying of medical records is more and more prominent in the realization of medical records informatization. Combined with the experience and effects we summarized through the application of medical records digitization copying in our hospital, we investigated the function of details management in the digitization copying of medical records. By conducting details operations such as quality control of medical records before digitization copying, images quality inspection in the copying progress, package archiving after copying and setting up permission rights, the quality of copying medical records, utilization rate and satisfaction rate were all increased while the return rate was decreased. And the work strength of medical staff was reduced, human cost was saved and also guaranteed the security and integrated storage of paper medical records, after all, to make the work environment of the medical record room clean and orderly.
