医院人事档案信息化管理的思路

摘    要:随着科技的不断进步,信息化的不断发展,传统的人事档案管理方式越来越难以满足社会快速发展的要求,医院人事档案管理必须适应形势的变化,由封闭走向开放,由传统走向现代,推进并实现信息化管理,把计算机、网络等现代技术手段全面应用到人事档案管理中,建立人事档案电子信息数据库和人事档案信息管理网络系统,提高人事档案的管理和利用效率,推动人事档案管理走向标准化、规范化、信息化,更好地服务于医疗事业发展。

Abstract:As the continuous developing of science technology and informatization, the traditional management method of per- sonnel files can't fulfill the requirements of the fast developing society. So our hospital should adapt to the changes of this situation, move toward open to the public from dose before, from tradition to modem, and promoting informatization management. Technolog- ical modem measures such as computers, network should adopt in the management of personnel files, establish electronical informa- tion database and informatization management system to improve the efficiency of the management of personnel files. After all, pro- moting it developing toward standardization, normalization, informatization, and providing better service for the development of med- ical treatment.
