摘    要:基于问题的学习(problem based learning,PBL)的教学法,是通过教师精心设计一系列的相关问题,逐层展开,教学中以学生为中心、教师为引导的小组讨论形式,以问题为主线,贯穿基础与临床,扩展相关知识面,拓展思路,使学生在解决问题的过程中学习相关知识的新的教学模式。虽然在心内科临床教学中具有发挥学生的主观能动性、培养其综合思维能力和独立解决问题的能力等独特的优势,但是在实践应用中也遇到了教师对PBL教学法概念不清,受传统教学模式影响,学生不能充分发挥主动性等一系列问题和误区,针对这些问题我们在实践中摸索出一些相应的对策,使教师和学生更加理解PBL教学法的核心理念,明确自身在PBL教学中的角色与任务。

Abstract:Problem based learning(Problem Based Learning,PBL) teaching method is a method of problem-oriented with student-centered under teacher guiding in small-group learning;Learning would run through theory with clinical,knowledge-broaden,thinking-broaden and let student learn new knowledge.Although clinical practice has the advantage of developing students’ subjective initiative,training their comprehensive thinking ability and ability of individually settling problems.During practice,it occur a series of problems and misunderstanding such as PBL teaching method concept of teachers is unclear;students can not fully develop initiative.Aiming at these problems,we find out relevant countermeasures during practice that makes teachers and students know about the key ideology of PBL teaching method and clarify their own characters and task in PBL teaching.
