| Abstract: | The article analyzes the characteristics of utilizing the information in the medical record in new era, from different aspects, such as the personnel, content, purpose and the method. The authors try to find out the factors that inflect the utilization of the information in the medical record, and suggest how to deal with the relation between the utilization, basic jobs, security, and confidentiality of the medical record, and raise advice in improving the utilization. |
