2000年～2007年我院老年住院患者死亡病例分析

目的探讨我院老年住院患者死亡原因及其变化趋势。方法收集江门市中心医院2000年到2007年住院病案资料195，863例，其中大于60岁的老年人死亡病案1173例，用ICD-10对其进行疾病分类。结果老年住院死亡率肿瘤居首位，单病种以原发性肝癌、肺癌为多，前四年与后四年比较，单病种中冠心病排位由第4位下降为第5位。结论肿瘤仍是我院老年患者住院死亡的主要原因，应继续加强肿瘤的防治工作，死亡病种的变化应引起医院的重视。

An Analysis on the Deaths of the Aged Inpatients in our Hospital from 2000 to 2007

Objective To study the cause and variation of the deaths of the aged inpatients in Jiangmen Central Hospital (JCH) from 2000 to 2007. Method Among 195,863 inpatients in JCH from 2000 to 2007, 1173 of them who dead over 60 years old. And the cases were coded with ICD-10. Result Tumors head the list of the mortality rate of the aged inpatients from 2000 to 2007. Among them, primary liver cancer and lung cancer are of the highest rate; and we compared the cases in the first four years with those in the last four years, for the single disease, the mortality of coronary heart disease ranked from the 4th to the fifth. Conclusion The screening and prevention carcinoma should be reinforced in our region, and the hospital should pay attention to the change of mortality in late years.
